George Sandow

A Senior Manager of the KMS group, George advises on and negotiates APH claims for new and existing clients.

George joined H S Weavers (Underwriting) Agencies as a US APH Claims Examiner responsible for the negotiation of significant liability claims as the main London Market lead representative.

During the 1990s, George joined KWELM Management Services and assisted in the process to re-organise the KWELM Companies to implement the KWELM Companies' Schemes of Arrangement. By 1997, he was Claims Manager responsible for all APH claims, and worked closely with the Claims Director to negotiate favourable settlements and commutations to position the Companies for scheme closure.

George began his career in the UK claims department of Lloyd's broker Glanvill Enthoven, in 1967.  In 1968, George joined Excess Insurance Company as a Claims Examiner handling UK and US liability claims.
