Guy Boughton ACII

Guy is a senior reinsurance specialist in KMS' Outwards Reinsurance Department with over 22 years reinsurance experience in the London Market. Guy's responsibilities at KMS include investigating and responding to complex reinsurance issues including programme review and reconstruction, loss notifications and claims speciality matters such as event, aggregation and the validity of cessions.

Guy has had a pro-active role in supporting arbitrations and has been involved in inspections of reinsureds on behalf of KMS' clients. Guy has also given factual witness statements in several arbitrations.
