Iain Ainslie MBA

A Senior Manager and founder employee of the KMS group, Iain played an integral part in the setting up of the group, in particular the IT infrastructure and systems. Iain manages the IT activities for the KMS Group and is an integral member of the marketing team.

Iain joined KWELM Management Services in April 1993 and was responsible for the implementation of the IT systems used by the outward reinsurance team to enable them to process recoveries, generate ledger positions and instigate collections and commutations.

Iain went on to manage a number of significant projects including a new inward claims processing and accounting system, several client take-on projects, and the electronic claim submission system used by creditors and policyholders throughout the world to submit their bar-date entries for the KWELM and BFMIC Schemes of Arrangement. During these projects significant management and Scheme of Arrangement expertise was gained.

Iain was previously employed by CT Bowring, spending over three years in their North America Reinsurance team before moving into IT.
