Mark Weekley

Mark is a Claims Specialist at KMS. Having previously worked at WFUM for five years as a senior adjuster, Mark joined KWELM in 1993 and specialised in the assessment of APH, Facultative R/I and Medical Malpractice claims. Dealing with mostly Fortune 500 policyholders, he has extensive experience of achieving timely and prudent settlements with significant parties, and has particular expertise of environmental issues.

Mark has also undertaken project and general claims handling management relating to commutation, settlement negotiation and ground-up evaluation of APH claims. He has recently been involved in a number of due diligence initiatives and additionally has been working on solvent schemes.
