Philip Caldicott

Philip has 17 years experience in both the insurance and reinsurance industry gained through two significant insurance operations, ACE (formerly CIGNA Ins Co of Europe) 1990 to 1998 and specialist run off agents KWELM Management Services Ltd 1998 to 2005. Thereafter Philip joined KMS, which has involved him in all aspects of run-off management.

Philip has a number of years experience in the investigation, preparation and advising of casualty, general catastrophe and property losses to both proportional and non-proportional reinsurance treaties and of dealing with resulting queries.

In addition to the above Philip has been involved in commutations, arbitrations and submissions into both Solvent and Insolvent Schemes of Arrangement and overseas liquidations. He has also been a third party client manager and been involved in the transfer and administration of a run-off operation.
