Richard Finney ACII

Richard is a founder director and head of reinsurance for the KMS group. He joined KWELM Management Services in September 1993 and was responsible for the outwards reinsurance programmes which recovered more than $2.5 billion for clients. Richard was actively involved in the successful closure of the KWELM companies, and the acquisition, transfer and ongoing management of several new business clients.

Richard was previously employed in the Lloyd's broking environment where he gained extensive experience in various classes of insurance and reinsurance business from a world-wide portfolio. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has travelled extensively throughout the USA, Continental Europe and the UK.
